We can staff any of your direct hire needs, but our core focus is skilled trades being that we are niche focused we provide our clients with a more defined candidate pool to select from, and candidates in the trades know to come to us!
DIRECT HIRE ONLY:
We ONLY place direct-hire position’s, meaning we do not work temp-to-perm positions, stretching out our client’s cost. Employees we send will be on your payroll from day one
Our placement fees are unbeatable in the surrounding market – we’re self-owned and don’t answer to a corporate office. This gives us the flexibility to adjust fees for each client that best meets their financial needs
We’re personable and flexible. We’re not “body filling” – we CARE about the placements we make and ensure you’re
getting the BEST match possible for the open position(s). We care about our clients, we listen, and keep in constant contact.
No Long Term Contract
No Long Term Contract
We do not require a long-term contract, clients can use us on an as-needed basis, one time only, etc. We also don’t mind if
you’re using another agency at the same time. Clients don’t owe us a penny of money for sourcing efforts, the only $$ due is
when someone is hired, and the placement fee process will take effect.
We’re remote and can service clients anywhere at any time! Or we can
tour their facility to really learn their business processes if they wish.
